I have been taking the C-120 X for about nine months and thought it did a pretty good job. When I learned about the Diet Duo I realized the former product had 2 mg's versus 1 gram of C-120X in the Diet Duo. Big improvement, plus the addition of chitosan. I'm trying to limit carbs in my diet, so this product is perfect for me. I'm already on my second bottle and will continue to re-order.
