I've been using intermittently for about a month now. I take one whenever I feel like I need a boost, I haven't had any negative reactions or side effects, just a nice energy boost to power through the day. Since I don't take these late in the day (never after 5pm) to avoid sleep issues I haven't had any problems still getting enough rest. They definitely wear off by the time I'm going to bed.
